. Established in Luxembourg in 1985, Alliance & Compliance group Sàrl.

· Our principal, Jean-Marie Fourquin has more than 35 years of Financial and Compliance industry experience.

· Alliance & Compliance group Sàrl. is an independent “Third-party Marketer” consulting firm representing both sides a limited number of EU / ASEAN financial professionals and EU/ ASEAN investors. with a key focus on cross-border fundraising.

· Alliance & Compliance group Sàrl. is supplying EU / ASEAN cross-distributorship, co-sponsorship, strategic partnership, and third-party marketing services.

· We work from both a Luxembourg-Hub for the EU market and a Bangkok-Hub for the ASEAN market.

· We propose to clients 4 types of consulting / marketing representation mandates: (I) Cross-border, (ii) Buy-side, (iii) Sell-side, (iv) Strategic Partnerships.

· We protect clients, on compliance, in adhering to EU and South-Asia financial Industry Rules, Regulation and Policies requirements of “TPM”, such as – the Third-Party Marketers Association and ” ALCO” – Luxembourg Compliance Association.
